The collection consists of the blank questionnaire; responses from the 8 composers used in the presentation: Martin Boykin, Elliott Carter, George Crumb, David Lewin, Seymour Shifrin, Claudio Spies, Kurt Stone, and Richard G. Swift ; handwritten and typescript drafts of Zukofsky's compilation and presentation; and additional responses from: Harvey [Sollberger?], Vincent Persichetti, Otto Luening, Josef Marx, Don Martino, Turetsky [Bertram Turetzky?], [Lejaren?] Hiller, Harold Farberman, Robert Moevs, Michael Colgrass, Eric [?] Berglund [?], J. Glick, and Ross Lee Finney. Zukofsky's article apparently did not appear in a Perspectives of New Music publication.
